LOGOS MANÌA | LOGO SMÀNIA - Civic Gallery Bolzano 2024 - VII Art Biennial of the Artistic and Cultural Association Fida Trento | Bolzano, from 4 to 28 April 2024. A 'place' in which the artist can best express his or her language, since art is also word and logos, or image, is art. Logos as word, verb, dialogue, dialectic, diatribe, linguistic expression, narration, poetry, prose, colour, black and white, light, shadow, etc... Manìa as madness... and here the field is infinite. Logo as image, historical iconography, religious, but also contemporary, linked to the virtual, to the symbol, to the distinctive representation of recognition, to narration by a single image. Smània in the guise of intense desire, irrepressible yearning. A title that wants to be an expression of dedicated works of art and at the same time a connection to the philological and philosophical declinations that it expresses and encompasses. Thirty-six artists were invited. The association embraces both the province of Trento and the province of Bolzano. The same exhibition was shown in the Polo Museale di Palazzo Trentini - in Trento - from 6 December 2022 to 7 January 2023.
